Big O Tires

5 stars – Truly above and beyond I had a flat and needed to switch off my old snow tires (one of which had been ruined going through a car wash). The owner didn’t hesitate—he had one of his employees drive me home in their vehicle so I could grab my summer tires, then brought me back to the shop and mounted them. No extra charge, no attitude, just genuine help when I needed it. They also regularly check and air up my tires even though I didn’t buy them there, and when a snack got stuck in their vending machine while I was waiting, the manager walked over and used his own money to get it out for me. Little things like that say a lot. Dealerships like to make you feel like a high-end car can only be trusted to them. My experience has been the opposite—I’d rather bring my car here any day. Honest people, solid work, and real customer care. Highly recommend Big Tires in Orange.

I took my 2013 Chevy 1500 to Big O in Orem to do some pretty major work that others quoted $3150 to complete. Big O did it in one day, the work looks to be great and it was 50%of the price. Very happy. They people were great to work with.

The best tire company out there! Their customer service is excellent, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. 🤩 #Tires #Company #Service

Courteous, knowledgeable, experienced sales and service staff. They know their business, do good work, and back it up! Don't be alarmed by the parts prices, as ludicrous as they are, it's not Big-O. It's the last days people, Jesus Christ is coming, are you ready? It's the industry, just like everywhere and everything else is expensive. But they'll take care of you best they can, and if there is a problem they'll do there best to make it right. I've been coming to Big-O South Orem for over 40 years and they have always taken great care of me.

I had a great experience today!! I needed some help with my break lights and light bulb replacement. One of the workers (Dalton Payne) was super patient and helped me understand all the procedures as well as the problems that my car had. Even though english is not my first language, and it the first time fixing something for my first car, he showed a lot of patience and professionalism with me.
